We Understand how computers work and enjoy helping others, like help customers solve their Business problems.We also work with customers over the phone, through email or face to face. It is our job to walk with the person through the simple steps to fix their problem. We may also teach people how to use certain programs and hardware. We generally work 40 hours a week which can include nights and weekends or being on call. We work for a variety of businesses, including schools, hospitals, government offices and nonprofit organizations.Specialties: Certifications:
