P&O Maritime Ukraine was founded as a port marine services firm in 2017 and is a subsidiary of P&O Maritime (itself a subsidiary of DP World), one of the largest port operators globally. Andrey led the transformation of the business from a small provider of harbor towage services into one of the largest marine port services providers on the Black Sea and brought DP World into Ukraine, with the joint venture into P&O Maritime Ukraine marking the company’s entry into the region.
