---As an application engineer, my job is to provide technical/market support for both presales and post-sales to make the Winpath chip gain more market shares. 1). I need to introduce the Winpath to the customers, help the customer through their evaluation to make sure design win. 2). I will help the customer understand the Winpath chip by technical session, demo and performance test. 3). When the customer meets critical questions, I will go to help and fix the issues. 4). I developed customer’s new feature based on the WP chip micro code. 5). For new trend of PTN technology, SDN/openflow, I was working on the implement of WP chip solution. Now WP chip is one of Chip Choice of CMCC PTN solution.I have taken part in most of the market and support work of China customers, including Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, ASB, Raisecom, and Datang. And the related products were widely used by all the telecom operators.Technical point: Chip Architecture, Micro code, PTN/IP Router/Switch, SDN/OPENFLOW, E1/T1, SDH/SONET, IMA/MP/PWE3, ACR/DCR/SYNCE/1588.

--- As a system engineer, my duty is to take part in CX switch's market support work, sort out the product details, design the solution and analyse the key technology of product.--- As a Project leader, my duty is to design the feature of QoS module on the platform of CX switch with my team.

--- On os team of switch department, I was in charge of developing WAN ports(E1，E3，CPOS) for BigHammer6800 series backbone intelligent multilayer switch. Then I focused on developing firewall modules on switch to support the extensive division security policy within the network. --- On service forwarding team, my main task was to do broadband access protocols, such as PPPoE，802.1X，WEB and test the route protocols(BGP，OSPF，RIP，MPLS, etc.) on the all kinds of interface.
