• Leads projects for several process improvement initiatives for employees. Including working with the technology department to launch an internal SharePoint site which serves as a shared database for several departments and users. Worked with the graphics department to create a department reference guide. • Department point-person for use of risk management software (RMIS). Pulls and analyzes data from software to create monthly reports as well as benchmarks for departmental goals. Works with Risk Management department to update forms and letters within the software.
