I’m Paul, a high-performing senior business professional with marine management and sea going experience as Captain on chartered Yachts and Chief Officer on oil/chemical tankers. My knowledge of international maritime transportation, regulations, industry standards, and HSEQ practices is excellent. Well-qualified, I have an MBA, LLb in Law and BSc. in Navigation, Hydrography & Naval Equipment. I’m an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute, Licensed Master Mariner and Mensa Member. Currently Managing Director of GACRUX – Maritime Training Centre, former Managing Director of Epsilon (Romania), primarily focused on crew manning and management. During tenure, I’ve catalysed a 500% increase in number of seafarers deployed to major shipping companies and significantly scaled the business. Been also accountable at top-level for the Group’s the state-of-the-art Veritas Maritime Training Centre. I set up, launched, established and grew what was the first and only private maritime training centre in Romania. Prior to joining Epsilon Group, I worked as Chief Officer for Navios Tankers Management and Furtrans Tanker & Ship Management. My focus on safety and quality is second to none.
