Aster serves as a Project Manager in Deloitte's Organizational Transformation offering within the GPS Human Capital Consulting practice. She most recently led the deployment of APEX Academy Leadership Development Program, a senior executive training program geared toward enhancing leaders with the ability to meet the challenges of operating in the current market. Prior to this engagement, Aster supported various federal and industry clients as a Qualtrics SME on the Survey Research and Analytics Center team.Aster’s professional focal points include stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, project management, designing and executing large group workshop/labs, executive leadership training/facilitation, org change management, user experience and survey design. Overall, Aster contributes to project’s success by leveraging her pioneer and integrator skills and leaning on her strong communications skills.Outside of work, Aster is passionate about community building and serves as Deputy director for Your Ethiopian Professionals. She loves all things art, interior design and travel.
