My titles have varied, but my focus on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion endures. I am a white settler, disabled, queer, and trans leader with more than 15 years experience in nonprofit and higher education settings. I support organizations–large and small–in the following areas: supporting alignment with values via strategic planning and culture building, conducting equity-informed mediation; supporting organizational learning; and conducting equity-focused assessments and evaluations.I have been a facilitator of learning and organizational development for more than fifteen years. I have classroom teaching, informal adult education, and youth engagement experience. From student organizations to national non-profits, I am a trusted resource and guide for those I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside of. My leadership and consultancy focuses on building authentic relationships, being trauma-informed, and bringing humor and fun to the workplace.
