I have been a career interim manager for the past 21 years and I have recently completed my 27th interim assignment.I am an experienced Managing Director/General Manager, COO and Operations Director across a wide spectrum of industrial market segments including FMCG, B2B and B2C. In my interim career I have also been heavily involved with business recovery/turnaround, transformations, scaling operations, factory relocations, business development, start-ups and business process re-engineering. I have significant of experience of implementing lean and developing a sustainable continuous improvement culture in organisations.I have worked for start ups, owner managed, FTSE250, FTSE100 and PE backed companies.In addition, I also run Aster Training, a pan European training company that provides a broad range of short, practical training courses to both public and private sector organisations. I personally deliver the company's wide range of lean training courses.
