• Hydro Sierra Energy owns and operates the 2MW run-of-river Deadwood Creek hydroelectric project in Yuba County, California (FERC license 6780).

• Managed day-to-day operations of campaign offices and major staging locations in Nevada, including ordering and distribution of campaign resources and initiating and managing vendor relationships.• Worked with paid media budget manager and budget analysts to prepare weekly and monthly department financial reports, develop key performance indicators, and review vendor contracts.

• Developed methodology and built financial models to evaluate the cost of capital for different geographies and technologies in the World Bank’s energy lending portfolio.• Advised U.S. government officials on the costs and benefits of different policy design options for a federal cap-and-trade program and international climate agreements.• Served as strategist and lead report author for the Commission on Climate and Tropical Forests, a coalition that helped secure $1B in U.S. funding for reducing tropical deforestation.• Authored reports on energy and environmental policy for leading non-profit organizations, including Resources for the Future, the Brookings Institution, and the Center for American Progress.
