As a part of a student consulting team, designed three Power BI dashboards that help the organization inform its customers, staff, and executive leadership about critical aspects of the permitting process. The goal for each dashboard was to have visualizations that are simple, valuable, and easily understood by each audience.

- Financial data analysis and visualization of the Housing Trust Fund project.- Assisted the public in their questions on the organization's affordable housing projects & application processes.- Supported the organization's outreach activities.- Designed the organization's new website focusing on making it user-friendly https://www.archhousing.org/

- Finalized the methodology of the “Participatory Rapid Destination Appraisal (PRDA)” database and regularly updated it. The database gave detailed information on three provinces, which the organization used for designing new projects. - Organized meetings and conferences, analyzed meetings outputs, and prepared reports.- Ensured continuous communication and timely response to partners, grant recieviers to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.- Was responsible for documentation and monitoring.

Organized, planned, supervised, and monitored ongoing activities: - budgeting & financial planning, - managed nine people, - ensured on-time service delivery to citizens (utility payments, local tax requests, admissions for citizens), - presented community development programs' proposal to the council.

- Prepared suggestions on the community budget spending.- Developed & presented community development programs to the Mayor.

- Supported the team with transferring physical documentation to an electronic and a central system.- Assisted residents with various services (tax payments, property registration, etc.)
