Led a team of 7 engineers and designers through a full product lifecycle and shipped the MVP. The product contributed to a 150% increase in potential customers and aligned perfectly with the company mission. Because I could code and learned to design, I also helped the non-profit company save over $7k on engineer and design resources.

I tutor children who are academically challenged with dyslexia, ADHA, and autism. I work with them every day to make sure they succeed in school. I also help them overcome the mindset that they cannot be academically successful.

Generation Ratify is the youth-led movement supporting the ratification of the ERA. Host weekly calls to set up panels, movie nights, and other events with my state board team. Host letter-writing parties to members in congress to urge them to support the ratification of the ERA and advocate for other gender-based issues.Lobby on the Equality Act (S. 393) and Protecting LGBTQ+ Youth Act of 2021 (HR.1379)

Keep current on AIUSA’s legislative priorities.Maintain regular contact with Members of Congress and their staff regarding human rights issues. Provide information, and seek their support on key votes.Coordinate and inspire advocacy efforts by Amnesty activists in North Carolina.Lead workshops and other initiatives to build the lobbying skills of people in North Carolina.Help garner media and social media coverage on AIUSA legislative issues.Forge strategic alliances with other organizations where appropriate to help advance AIUSA legislative initiatives or human rights priorities.Work collaboratively with Amnesty members, staff and other volunteer leaders to grow and strengthen the organization’s capacity.

Hosted county-wide educational event and panel about immigration rights in North Carolina.Organized school-wide letter-writing campaigns to Ambassadors around the world for issues on the death penalty, the lack of protection for LGBTQIA+ youth, women's rights, and more. In 3 years, We amassed over 300 letters. Organized teach-ins and virtual protests on the pink tax for women. We work to educate students about human rights violations.
