I have managed Training programs for the top tier companies in India such as Quality Austria Central Asia, NIIT Limited, People strong, Honda etc. my prime area of exposure are across areas like, managing HR Process, Performance Management, behavioural Management, competency mapping, Recruiting and competencies assessment. My key focus is to deliver the desired results for the business through effective interventions. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives that align talent with business needs by providing learning solutionsI am an MBA (HR/Finance) with HSE certifications from NEBOSH. I have also IT bent and did a diploma in IT from NIIT. During my break time from professional life I grew my family in South Korea then dived into Early years education and got CACHE Level 3 certified while living in UAE and worked with one of the best nurseries (Blossoms) in Abu Dhabi as Sr. Educator for more that 2 years. Moved to Finland in 2022 and while learning the Finnish Language I got an amazing opportunity to return back to my corporate Hr function, I now work as an HR Intern with Finest Future's amazing team!! Working on projects like building up the Employee handbook, Recruitment and streamlining the various HR processes.
