This involved conceptualising, creating, and distributing assets like webinars, emails, newsletters, creatives, landing pages, blogs, videos, product copies, and case studies.- Set up comprehensive user on-boarding programs encompassing in-app communication, emails, and chat.- Created user education resources like the product helpdesk, feature videos, and webinars from scratch.- Conducted 20+ live webinars with 5000 total attendees.- Spearheaded product marketing with a cross-functional team — defining user benefits, refining personas, and creating 360° release plans.- Worked on market research for defining user personas, value propositions, and go-to market campaigns.- Managed various company properties like PlayStore, Udemy, YouTube, Glassdoor, Wordpress blog, and landing pages.- Organized external speaker AMAs, internal knowledge sessions, and community events.- Actively mentored interns and designed on-boarding for new team members.
