Hi there! My name is Astha and I am on a mission to empower girls and women.In my role as Managing Director of Code Rush, a tech-talent matchmaking company, I help companies find and train the best employees for the job (no easy feat, let me tell you). I am also a Managing Director of Shequal Foundation, a not-for-profit that provides a supportive ecosystem for girls and women aged 9 to 40 to learn and grow.In addition to my work with Code Rush and Shequal, I am actively involved in Girls in Tech (GIT) and Women in Big Data (WiBD). Through these community initiatives, I help expand opportunities for women in technology and data-related fields across South Asia.Throughout my career, I have conducted hundreds of women-centric workshops and conferences through various organizations to help girls move forward in their careers.
