Head of Purchasing & Import•Fully responsible in handling all overseas purchasing process and their delivery to Indonesia.•Negotiate with the vendors about the terms of price (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc), the availability of product, how many containers will needed, the delivery date, and which forwarder and shipping line should be used.•Maintain good relationship with the vendors •Check all the import documents (Invoice, packing list, and b/l) to make sure nothing gets mixed up/missed.•Reviewing the calculation in PIB draft for large amount project, and PIBK for small amount project.•Find out the HS Code for every item that planned to be ordered, to calculate the import duty that will be charged to our company.•Assists head of Finance department in drafting Letter of Credit (L/C) for big valued projects.•Report to head of purchasing department about our profit margin for every shipmentAchievements•My team successfully managed the import process of USD 297,000.00 & USD 531,000.00 worth of value projects for the biggest cooper mine in Indonesia this year.•I manage to change the delivery method for one crucial and continuous order from door to door to using commercial forwarder, resulting save some profit to my company.•Promoting our company in one of the company Singapore to be their only distributor in Indonesia. Our first PO to them valued USD 16,000.00.•On scale 1 to 10, my rank in making a mistake when drafting and checking every crucial document is below 2. This never makes any loss in cost or time for our company.

•Responsible in importing the main product, the energy drink itself, from Thailand, and all the marketing items related to it.•Coordinate with our Thailand head office about the delivery date and number of containers based on our sales’ requirements.•Making sure that all of our sales team across Indonesia had a balanced stock of energy drink on their warehouse.•Synchronize with Sucofindo in dealing with internal technical document, like inspection order, Laporan Surveyor/Surveyor’s report and monitoring their current status everyday.•Handling import documents from Thailand (Invoice, packing list, b/l, insurance, etc) and make sure nothing gets miss typed.•In local area, fully in charge in searching for branding/promotional items for the main product. Some of them are billboard, calendar, flag chain, sticker, point of sales and anything that requested by user (marketing team).•Assisting director and head of marketing and promotion team in making concept of our TV commercial, like choosing the talent and location of shooting.•Monitoring and controlling delivery for the promotional items, to make sure they arrive on time in our sales point in Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Papua, Ambon, and Java.

•Providing presentation/demonstration material for sales team, and assists them in presenting to customer.
