Astin is Interested in pursuing a dynamic career committed to achieving collective gender, racial, and sexual liberation. Astin's lived experience as a Black Queer Femme informs the intersectional frameworks used in her work to support people in reclaiming their agency over their sexuality. Currently, Astin is the founder of Love Liberated, a QTBIPOC Sexual Liberation Collective. At this time, she holds a Masters' degree focused in public health from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor’s degree focused in Psychology with a minor in Critical, Race, Gender & Sexuality Studies from Humboldt State University.
