• Organized the Campus Tour initiative effectively coordinating with a team of 16 Student Members and 8 Heads for over 1900 first-year undergraduate students as an integral component of the Induction Programme 2023.• Spearheaded the implementation and allocation of over 600 senior students as mentors to guide incoming fresher batch of over 1900 students. Handled the role of primary point of contact for all the queries of mentors and mentees throughout the tenure. This was part of the Student Mentorship Programme, a flagship initiative of the Student Welfare Group during the Induction Programme 2023.• Compiled a diverse set of 100+ articles as a key contributor to the Foresight Internship and Placement Blog series in 2023 interacting directly with seniors who cracked top companies in major profiles.• Led a team of 40 Associate Members and pioneered the effective execution of various events, including DepC Talks, Off Campus Talks, Career Orientation Session, Study Abroad 101, Academic Orientation Webinar, Research Guidance Webinar, Examania, English Language Assessment Test, and English Mentorship Programme creating a positive impact in academic lives of student community of IIT Kharagpur.• Played an integral role in organizing these initiatives as a member of both the Core and Public Relations/Literary Teams, demonstrating versatile skills in event management, coordination, communication, data handling and interacting with the stakeholders.

Orchestrated a series of engaging activities and successfully coordinated with a dedicated team, involving 82 JVM students, with 29 participants excelling in over 10 activities, leading to the distribution of 56 certificates for enhanced skills and positive parental feedback.• Served as the Junior Center Incharge at LiGHT (Living in Greater Horizons Together) Center in Gwalior-Thatipur, overseeing the successful coordination of the EHSAAS fundraising event. Through this, we supplied sports equipment and kits to a school for specially abled students and conducted a plantation drive to support institutions with insufficient facilities. Acknowledged for our efforts, our center received the 'Promising Center' award during my tenure.
