Interning for a youth lacrosse team offers an exciting blend of sports management and community involvement. As an intern, I dive into various aspects of team operations, from organizing practices and coordinating drills to assisting with player development and logistical support. It's a hands-on role where you can witness firsthand the growth and passion of young athletes while gaining valuable experience in sports administration. This opportunity not only enhances my understanding of sports management but also allows me to contribute to the development of future lacrosse stars in my community. This opportunity also allowed me the possibility of organizing a youth lacrosse camp for the kids in the area.
