Maintained King HVAC Facebook page and advertising strategy. Researched and connected with the community on a multiple fronts. Covered all aspects of business operations for a wildlife supply and gift business. Re-organized and grew the business within my first 12 months of employment. This included changing and expanding staff, researching, proposing and opening a second retail space, and carrying out numerous customer outreach and education initiatives that ultimately drove huge increases in traffic and sales.
