After managing recruitment for three companies (a FinTech company, Digital Agency & Marketing Agency) the companies were sold in 2017 leading me to seek new opportunities within Lorien which resulted in a 6-month contract for Zopa as an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager and a 4-month contract with Burberry as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner.

Assisting Guidant with a 1st gen national MSP implementation within Burberry's sites across the UK assisting in the takeover of temporary resource recruitment as well as implementing a new Vendor Management System (Fieldglass). Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment coordinating recruitment which spanned Burberry’s largest event of the year (SS19 Show).- Partnering up within the business for all temp recruitment needs across 8 business units including; IT, Design, Supply Chain, Studio & Product, Merchandising & Fabric Development- Aided with the implementation of processes into a non-process driven organisation including on/off boarding & compliance- Hiring into a diverse range of roles from Digital Designers to Seamstresses to Image and Video Retouchers- Super User of SAP Fieldglass including tutorials and 'how to's' with managers - Coordinating the delivery of 14+ agencies into the various business units- Key stakeholder management with circa 10 senior managers

I was approached for an opportunity to spend 6 months on-site with a FinTech client and manage their Product, Design and Comms recruitment. This was greatly rewarding as it enabled me to gain full exposure to internal recruitment onsite experience whilst working across a range of requirements. Whilst here I aided in the onboarding of a range of people in roles including two senior 'Head of'/ Director level hires, Product Managers and Product Analysts. I also began building a newly crafted team of creatives The challenge for me here was quickly learning how to deal with a variety of C-Level stakeholders within a fast-paced, intelligent & challenging environment where there was also a great deal of BAU backlog.I also gained exposure to recruitment-process re-engineering as Zopa had a large programme of work focused on streamlining and unifying their approach to talent acquisition across the various business units. As Role Qualification/Interview Process workstream lead I had responsibility for ensuring the team were aligned when it came to covering role requirements with hiring managers.

Whilst taking a year to decide where to focus my career, I took up some local bar work which then evolved into taking my personal license and becoming an evening supervisor ensuring the smooth running of a busy weddings venue.
