-Responsible for managing the recording session, deciding on equipment placement, troubleshooting issues during the session and working with musicians to ensure sound is captured in the correct way using a digital audio workstation.-Process and balance the recorded or synthesized audio, and create the final balanced mix of a project.-Work with musicians and other engineers to produce a project and provide artistic direction where appropriate.-Increase client base through email marketing, social media outreach, and networking at music industry events.-Maintain client relationships by fielding inquiries, giving recommendations on procedure/equipment and consistent progress updates.-Manage billing of client projects, sending invoices and collecting past due payments.-Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

-Greet and welcome all guests and associates approaching the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner.-Obtain authorization for maintenance repairs, resolve and follow-up with residents on all complaints/concerns.-Provide general concierge services as well as administrative clerical work; including maintaining sign-in/out logs, front desk expenditures, and fielding calls received.-Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams.-Ensure logging/delivery of packages, mail, and messages as needed to guests and meeting rooms.-Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events or local area attractions.

-Performs audio adjustments while blending/balancing multiple sound sources at live events; including pre-recorded material, live voices, and instruments.-Set up, operate, and maintain the technical equipment for theatrical productions, music concerts, conferences, etc.-Responsible for the proper use and placement of microphones on performers. -Responsible for the security and inventory of all audio equipment.-Guide and assist visiting production crews to ensure a successful show.

-Provide support to the Major Accounts Sales Team of the Southeast Division.-Perform cold-call calls to pique potential clients interest in using ADP for their business needs.-Utilize SalesForce to track client interactions, metrics, and account data.-Assist with meeting sales targets and achieving strategic business objectives.-Design, generate, and distribute marketing material to various local businesses in the greater Jacksonville area.
