I've spent years working in Chiropractors offices, seeing people in pain. I was very active in High School in sports and now have the effects of not knowing how to properly take care of myself. With the two things came a passion for helping people stay healthy. I've witnessed first hand what massage can do for people beyond just relaxing them.
