Adam Strange began his career working various positions in a small private business, New Heights Manufacturing, selling products in the consumer outdoor market. Within a few years he was running the company transitioned it out of the consumer market into a business to government business selling to Homeland Security and Law Enforcement and later Department of Defense. Adam led the sale of the company to Wexford Capital (later ICx) and remained on to operate the business. He went through a number of acquisitions and a public offering with ICx before the company sold to FLIR Systems in 2010.Adam remained on with FLIR to run the Integrated Systems Division of FLIR in charge of numerous operations selling high tech integrated surveillance equipment around the world. Adam is now using his wide range of experiences from working in small start up businesses to large publicly traded businesses doing turn arounds and accelerating growth.
