Astra Tikas is an entrepreneur since age 21, advocate for responsible technology, and innovation speaker. She is a co-founder and board member of the Internet Native Organization (INO MTÜ), which brings innovative tech solutions, such as Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), to the mainstream in responsible ways. She is also a former board member of the Estonian Cryptocurrency Association.In 2023, Astra's primary focus was co-leading INO MTÜ, specializing in legal and responsible solutions for innovative technology organizations, including research on responsible governance models for AI. She explored how AI and web3 can work together, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI-based processes in organizations. In 2024, amid the ongoing AI boom, Astra is also leading AI courses tailored for institutions that require a high level of empathy. Her aim is to accelerate AI adoption in Estonia by fostering greater understanding and opportunities for more decentralized systems. Ultimately, she envisions a future where Estonia embraces automated and trustworthy governance systems in the collaboration projects.With over 14 years of experience on stage both in Estonia and internationally as a speaker and artist, Astra has organized numerous community events and conferences, including "Crypto Companies Call to Comply and Collaborate" and "DAO Day Estonia" (daoday.ee). She is also certified in AML and GDPR compliance.Before entering the crypto space, she worked as a Real Estate consultant and investor. She planned and built two apartments from scratch, started an Airbnb business in 2008, and was awarded "Star Broker of the Year 2018" by City24. ---Belief: A trackable society is beneficial—until it crosses the line.
