Worked as a research intern with the Academy Study Group, at the National Academy of Public Administration, on two management consulting projects. The Academy Study Group was tasked with analyzing the Central Services at the National Institute of Health, under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. On this project I aided the research team with data analysis and benchmarking of bureaucratic structures, as well as general day-to-day tasks such as transcribing interviews and updating trackers.I was also taken onto a consulting project for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, revising the medical data management of the organization. The Bureau was looking to implement certain management components used in the Norwegian Correctional Services. On this project I aided the research team with data analysis and translation of information regarding the Norwegian Correctional Service Model.
