- Manage team in handling both internal and external projects related to design, system, marketing and customer inquiries.- Suggest marketing content materials and strategy to the client based on market trends data analysis to engage customer retention.- Actively give feedback to the creative team related to designs to meet the convenient user flow. Not limited to website, poster, menu, and news article designs.- Analyze online user behavior from data results, then create a report to be shared with clients and the internal team, and proceed with the PDCA cycle.- Create system requirement/design to Development team and conduct the testing process until it deployed to increase business process and customer's experience quality.

J Passport is an O2O platform which focus only on Japanese related services in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand.My role focus on the following:- Designing for various Japanese merchants; not limited to eDM design, mobile content design, website, and offline poster & menu designs.- Implement a user-friendly flow for any content and designs done.- Create a report to analyze online user behavior from eDM data results to be shared with the Sales team.- Improve results for merchants / eDM created (PDCA cycle).
