In Vestas Global IT I worked with introducing new project managers to the project delivery model. I worked with the portfolio manager in governing the Vestas IT portfolio. And I developed selected areas of the Vestas project delivery model.Key results included:- Creating training modules for introduction of new project managers. - Creating clear rules around the approval of budget and scope changes for projects.- Cleanup of the project delivery model with purpose of creating focus around the key deliverables.
