These were published in a publication series, and hosted and curated at events that are a mixture of art, theatre and scientific experiment at different venues.• Developed Pars’ core vision and delivered a development strategy.• Provided creative and strategic leadership.• Steered Pars through the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis and took necessary steps to adapt our funding model with the board and advisors. • Increased reach and activities by pioneering events in the Netherlands and London (Wellcome Collection, Serpentine Gallery).• Secured partnerships with art and science organisations (e.g. IPY, Royal Society of Science, University of Basel, European Science Foundation) and key funders such as Unilever, Wellcome, Philips and L’Oréal.• Commissioned and showcased exciting artists and cutting-edge scientists.• Facilitated and curated events with artists and scientists, and engaged in debates about the shifting landscapes of art and science.• Encouraged and facilitated the sharing of different disciplinary languages, ideas and theories.• Delivered consultancy workshops in corporate (Shell) and cultural sector (European Science Foundation, Institute of Physics, C4DR.com).• My idea to share curiosity and beauty through art and science grew into an organisation that worked with hundreds of creative thinkers.
