Lenus is a B2B2C company offering an innovative software platform for online health coaches.Bridging product and customer.Responsibilities:- Team lead and platform owner for B2B and B2C clients, providing strategic advisory to ensure client success and alignment with their business goals. Solely responsible for product demonstrations and onboarding for new customers.-Collaborated with developers and QA engineers to investigate and resolve escalated technical issues, including incorrect data, using SQL queries.- First point of contact for customers, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving complex product issues in a timely and efficient manner. Identifying bottlenecks and implementing new practices for customer management. - Conducting surveys, collecting and analysing customer feedback, and communicating insights to product managers, sales and account managers to drive product innovation, expand product portfolio, further improve the onboarding experience and identify upsell opportunities.- Analysing user data to identify pain points across the customer lifecycle, implementing targeted strategies to enhance engagement and increase customer loyalty.- Assisting product managers and developers throughout the full product lifecycle, contributing to the successful development and enhancement of new features. - Developing training courses, product tours, product visualisations, mock-ups and other resources to support customers and enhance platform preparation.- Assisting clients in developing nutritional and health content for their platforms, enhancing client engagement and supporting their communication strategies.
