As a Business Solutions Consultant I assist my clients in the transition from their existing software to our full suite of products. This transition includes both the technical aspect and the support needed as their proficiency develops. I constantly strive to aid in best practices so my clients can focus on what matters to them; a successful business.A professional career in the waste industry spanning 33 years provides me with a sincere understanding of the day to day operations of my clients. Working with a myriad of clients worldwide I facilitate requirements gathering processes and procedure relative to the best practices, always striving to maintain excellent customer relations and superior support. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage technology-based solutions for business problems; I am driven to resolutions. I work with my clients to develop policies and procedures for compliancy, cost reduction, and improved efficiency. When do you stop being my client? Never. I work with established clients to continually improve their operations with the same attention given to my new clients working through the software transition.

Worked with various waste industry clients to assist in operations review, modifications with a goal of increased efficiencies.

Assumed multiple responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with a primary focus on the company’s strategic goals and initiatives. Managed teams from various departments within the company along with groups from multiple vendors and worked as liaison with our Senior Management Champions to ensure the delivery and success of industry leading solutions that would have significant financial and operational impact to the company.Supported a user community of approximately 1,000 system users to meet the needs of Help Desk requests for training, reports and other system related information. Additionally I was responsible for the entire company’s month end process and the coordination of all customer communications including invoices, statements, collection letters and marketing materials.

Led a team of four, ensuring that our user community was supported in all aspects of their daily needs. Established benchmarks for staff for annual reviews, held staff accountable to their goals and determined if additional benefits through bonus potentials was suitable. Worked as a liaison between Senior Management Champions and vendors to ensure that our systems to were able to meet and exceed the company’s requirements. Supported the Vice President and Chief Information Officer with budgeting requirements as well as other responsibilities as defined.

Provided industry leading training classes for all employees regardless of role on propriety software. Created and maintained documentation with a focus on updates to meet the many changes through programming and development process. Provided on-site trainings with a focus of efficiencies and time tracking and established recommendations to the management teams at the various facilities for possible staff training

Through a demonstrated ability to learn new skills assumed the role of Division Controller for a Hauling, Landfill, Transfer Station, Septic Pumping & Portable Toilet business. The monthly revenue streams ranged from $150k to approximately $650k. Oversaw an office staff of 6 and assisted the Division Manager with the remaining staff of approximately 40. Duties included the monitoring of customer care, pricing, contract review, overtime management, daily cash, revenue, collections and payables. Weekly revenue projections with explanations as well as the monthly review of P&L statements with variance reporting delivered to the corporate office. Annual assistance in the reviewing and generation of budgets.
