Manager, Industry Research
Current- Serve as lead programmer for the Industry Research function using CompTIA’s online data collection platform: enter surveys into the system, quality control, usability testing, and survey distribution- Serve as liaison to external data collection organizations: procure sample, manage timelines, facilitate deliverables, and resolve issues- Serve as the lead in managing the library of Industry Research content, including interactions with CompTIA websites, video platforms, social media channels, and internal team documentation- Provide assistance in data processing and manipulation, running cross-tabs, weighting data, etc.- Provide assistance in gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, including the type of data to be collected and the different formats for producing content- Develop research project outlines based on internal analysis, third-party analysis and contributions from members or other staff- Develop questionnaires based on research project outlines and best practices for data collection- Provide assistance in developing research content: writing blog articles, assisting with research reports, building charts, building infographics, or presenting data in live/video/audio formats- Execute all aspects of the customer experience research process from questionnaire writing, field management, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports
