Responsible in multiple area, including All-day dining restaurant, In Room Dining and Bakery.-Provide directions according to Hotel’s expectation to team member, ensure each guests experience is of the highest quality.-Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability. -Plan and oversee scheduling.-Observe and ensure team members’ performance as their assigned duties in accordance with the laid down rules.-Facilitates management of HR administration, such as team member motivation, development and retain.-Departmental trainer, provide required training to other members, both new recruits and existing staff.

Fullerton Bay Hotel (remaining Tripadvisor Top 3 Hotel SG.)La Brasserie - Responsible to all dining area reservation enquiries, handling exclusive events under 120pax across hotel restaurants, and sales of Fullerton Hotels and Resorts Membership. Work closely with Restaurant Manager to make sure daily/monthly budget is meet. Communicate directly with Assistant Director of F&B as well as Executive Chef for promotional menus, exclusive évent menus. Discuss and plan event logistics with Banquet team, VIPs’ bookings with department heads (Sales & Marketing, Events). Drive Trip Advisor feedback, ensure team members are aware of guests dining preference, guide and train team members provide service by the norm of Forbes 5-star standards. Responsible to hotel retail shop, ensure deli are fresh prepared and miscellaneous are sufficient. Create a delightful and memorable dining experience to all dining guests.

La Brasserie - a 3000 square feet with 10 metre high ceiling French restaurant, 140 seating capacity including alfresco area and two private dining rooms.Responsible for breakfast operation, reservations, and maintain guests profile on table management system. Event coordinator and large group reservations of La Brasserie, generated approximately SGD$270,000 per year.
