Astride Jeannot (she/her) is a prominent leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). She possesses unparalleled expertise and a transformative vision that has been instrumental in spearheading several groundbreaking initiatives, making her an influential figure in the field.Currently serving as the Senior Manager of DEI at Alma, one of her notable achievements is implementing a pioneering scholarship program that disburses funds to students from historically marginalized communities pursuing mental health degrees.Astride's impact extends beyond her current role. She has worked with various organizations across various sectors, pioneering their inaugural DEIB strategies.
