This enhancement resulted in significantly improved performance and a faster development cycle. I also designed and developed a custom view-binding system for WinForms, simplifying the development of system management applications built on the platform. These efforts played a pivotal role in building a successful demo that not only sold the product to the US Army client but also won several in-house awards.For a suite of US Navy technical manuals, I developed a JavaScript rendering engine built on jQuery and jQuery.UI. The engine is responsible for rendering the documents, rewiring in-document links, renumbering chapters and sections, relabeling figures and tables, and providing a navigation system between sections.I developed the Spend Plan Tool, a financial tool for project managers, enabling project managers to build 'spend plans' in Excel by mining data from several in-house financial databases. It helps project managers track actual expenditures to projected expenditures more effectively.To facilitate faster development cycles, I deployed Subversion as the preferred source control repository, replacing Visual SourceSafe. I provided instruction and guidance to teammates on using Subversion and TortoiseSVN. The adoption of Subversion increased collaboration between developers and provided the team with the ability to branch their code, particularly when multiple features of different priorities were in progress within a project.

Additionally, I took on the responsibility of providing online customer service and support specifically for Macrocrafter applications. As part of my role, I had the opportunity to design and construct the company's administration database and web application. I maintained a dental office network, providing tech support, conducting upgrades, and implementing new additions to the network. In 2005, I had the opportunity to lead a 3-man team in the ambitious task of rebuilding the network from scratch. Our responsibilities included running 15 new lines and installing new computers, including a server running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 as the application server. We completed this job within a span of two days. The outcome was a significantly improved network, boasting enhanced speed and fault tolerance. This revamped network was now capable of seamlessly accommodating the simultaneous load requirements of both a streaming patient education video service and digital X-Rays.
