The idea was a success and after a short time we coordinated a network of experienced partners for the design, organization and implementation of communication projects that a wide range of clientele entrusted to us. The lab offers full solutions and applications in response to market challenges and competition, is committed to creating outputs of a high level aiming to enhancing the image of companies and products. The range of our services covers: Brand design, logo and corporate identity Campaign design and creation of printed material Label design and packaging Research and recommendations of advertising solutions and corporate gift web design Designing and manufacturing of promotional Pavillions and Stands Advanced presentations with new multimedia applications and video. Alongside at a personal level, managing the Lab helped me to address issues related to human resources management at the highest for the business level. Apart from "artist designer" I develop initiatives in areas such as marketing for the company promotion, development of my company’s brand, the management of the administration of the Lab as well as its financial organization. The major challenge was the management of human resources whether they were partners or free lancer employees or clients - managers at the highest level in their organisations.

The activity of the company ArtGrafim a is in the area of fashion promotion material and fashioncatalogs. The company was already a client of m y Lab. At a difficult juncture for the company theowner called m e to take over on a free lancer relationship its creative studio and the atelie. In themonths that I worked there with both of m y subordinates who were perm anent staff of the company,I supervised the preparation of the supplier lists of a trade companies in clothing, footwear and accessories. Among m y tasks were the inception of the campagne concept, the photography concept, the casting of the modeling and the design of the printed material. Once was the study of the client's needs goes a creative proposals. Then the final proposal was passing in the implementation phase, where in collaboration with photographer and makeup artist the final shot of photos was made. The job was completed with processing at the studio, setting up the form and monitor the printing process.

In the company Allouette SA I worked as Art director. The company had the license to use designs of the WARNER Bros LA in Greece and some countries in Europe and the Balkans. My work involved the creative suggestions and design of winter and summer collection of children''''s clothes with famous figures of WARNER Bros. In my department, which was a separate line of design and production in collaboration with a patronist, we designed the sample books that presented the companyʼs clothesʼ collection and determined the production patterns, fabrics and accessories. All projects were submitted to the parent company in LA for approval. After approval, I was in charge of the custody of the production in the various workstations within the company or outside, when we collaborated with external partners. During my time in Allouette SA I created 3 collections.

In the company S & G worked as an apprentice for six months and then I was officially hired. It was my first job and especially m y task was to carry out draft models that the junior art & art director were producing. The company had a major advantage: even if it was a small company it had big clients. So I was given the opportunity to participate actively in all working steps from brainstorming to the final implementation, sometimes even to make the client presentation. This makes it, the most important of all the companies I worked because I was introduced to the overall operation and organization of a company, I developed team spirit and learned to work collectively.
