Administrative Business Partner
Current-Provide daily support as a trusted partner for high-level executives: extensive strategic calendar management, proactively know Exec’s priorities and make decisions, engage cross-functionally with partners, allocate event budget, draft emails and create presentations, share subject matter expertise with teams and develop org culture. -Office management: foster community amongst ~150 local team members, assign seating, space planning and access, communicate updates to team, mentor and onboard new admins, and interface with Facilities team. -Committee member and/or co-planner of six multiple-day summits with 100+ global attendees. -Spearheaded 20+ social team-bonding activities ranging between 5-200 people. Responsibilities inclusive of event research, budget planning, creating and sending communications, executing logistics and delegating tasks.-Selected from a competitive company-wide application to be included in a group of 16 employees that participated in a three-week leadership development program in Accra, Ghana in May 2016.-Legal Impact Committee member since 2017 dedicated to increasing the Bay Area legal team’s volunteering efforts and social impact. Acted as program manager to maintain agenda, meet project deadlines, delegate and track action items, shape committee goals with Exec sponsor, update website and design monthly newsletters. -Drove the documentation and streamlining of a very detail-oriented and sensitive legal settlement payment process between 2011-2016 which included monitoring over 150 confidential payments with Finance team.-Received 32 “Peer Bonuses” from coworkers and 10 “Spot Bonuses” from managers as recognition of excellence.
