In my career, I have had the opportunity to be an entrepreneur and corporate leader. I get great satisfaction from being a servant leader managing on-site, hybrid, and remote teams. As a data-driven professional, I lead technical projects and the people side of change to implement operational excellence and continuous improvement projects. My expertise is in business process improvement, change management, technical and soft-skills training, and knowledge management. In my career, I have written four books and thousands of pages of business, technical, and marketing content in English and Spanish. In the last six years at Enel North America, I have led teams that design, build, operate, and maintain utility-scale renewable energy power plants using wind, solar, BESS, and geothermal technologies and C&I Demand Response programs. I also had the privilege of co-founding and co-leading our Employee Resource Group (ERG) for people with disabilities and caregivers in the workplace.From 1992-2018, I was an entrepreneur and founder of Arial International, a global multicultural, multilingual professional services firm. We delivered management consulting and training services to hundreds of B2B and B2C start-ups to Fortune 100 enterprises in 30 countries in English and Spanish. Under my leadership, the firm designed and delivered “Business Spanish” products and services to the US Hispanic market and throughout Latin America. During my tenure, my firm designed hundreds of courses and trained more than 30,000 adult learners around the world.In my community, you might spot me bicycling or volunteering for non-profit organizations that support the environment and promote the health of our citizens. I serve on the Board of Directors for the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation (NICTF.org) and lead a Caregiver Support Group in Coeur d'Alene.
