I work with Design Thinking and organize and facilitate workshops based on Design Thinking methodology, where we solve problems and create solutions with a user centric approach. I organize both physical and virtual workshops, where we primarilly use Mural as an online collaboration tool.I am also a certified Design Sprint Facilitator, and I organize external innovation events where we aim to share knowledge, inspire and learn.

EY Frontiers is an innovation ambassador initiative that explores new ways of working through Design Thinking. My role was to set up, run, test and iterate an accelerator process, plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, run hackathons, set up webcasts and podcasts, explore digital collaboration tools and more.We engaged around 280 people in an ideation and prototyping session, 30 people for a hackathon, 30 people for Design Thinking workshops externally and 20 people internally. We also took an accelerator from start to finish and ended up with a product within healthcare that is being developed.

wavespace is the global network of growth and innovation centers to help clients catch the next wave in transformative breakthroughs. wavespace offers complete customized client experiences, providing insights, inspiration and a demonstration of how EY can help our clients navigate and transform. The project team started the wavespace journey in the Nordic region, defining which capabilities and services we can provide, aiming to set up at least one center within the project period. wavespace Denmark is now up and running, providing tailored customer experiences, and we are in progress of establishing design capabilities in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibility for internal events, both local and Nordic (700+ people). Tools often used are Power Point, Word, Excel, survey programs, Outlook and PM Client (financial). I was also safety representative (verneombud) for Advisory Oslo, and I had one year of maternity leave from march 2013 to march 2014.
