As a Math tutor, my responsibilities include:- Providing personalized one-on-one instruction to students in various mathematical concepts and topics.- Assessing students' strengths and weaknesses to develop tailored lesson plans that cater to their individual needs.- Encouraging and motivating students to build their confidence in Math.- Explaining mathematical concepts clearly and using different teaching methods to ensure understanding.- Assisting students in completing assignments, reviewing homework, and preparing for exams.- Keeping up-to-date with curriculum changes and incorporating relevant materials and resources into lessons.- Communicating effectively with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Participating as a member of the Novo Club Community, aiming to enhance technical skills and develop interpersonal abilities. The focus is strongly on innovation and leadership principles, seeking to foster comprehensive growth in both professional and personal aspects. As a staff of the Public Relations and Information Communication Division in the Mathematics Student Association at Pamulang University, my responsibilities include:- Serving as a liaison between the Mathematics Student Association and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and information exchange.- Proactively keeping abreast of developments and updates in the field of Mathematics, and sharing relevant information with the association's members and wider audience.- Conducting surveys or gathering feedback from students to assess their needs and preferences, and using that information to improve the association's communication strategies.- Managing and maintaining active social media channels to disseminate important announcements, student-related news, and educational content.- Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of all Mathematics Student Association activities, including meetings, events, and achievements.
