Honestly speaking, I love food! I love the kitchen atmosphere, the heat, the noise. I am naturally gifted with a good palate and can understand different flavors. I want to be a chef, producing top quality food which is appreciated by every guest who walks through the doors of the restaurant. I want to work in food production/culinary arts as I find that I am really good at it. I am excited by fast changing food trends, which makes it challenging to meet customer tastes.
