A critical aspect of this communication is the ability to offer your suggestions anonymously, thereby encouraging the "suggestor" to speak freely and honestly. Unlike your handwritten suggestion left in the company suggestion box, aSuggestion ensures that your suggestions--be they minor or relatively major--are delivered without fear of reprisal. With freedom, however, comes the responsibility of self-governance. aSuggestion is not designed for the exchange of fiery or hateful posts, and such posts will be removed. Further, suggestors need always consider the perspective of the reader.
