• Oversee the implementation of WASH activities, ensuring timely adherence to donor requirements, budget management and activity monitoring and evaluation. • Monitor that project activities meet their intended scope, time, and budget as outlined in the project’s work plan of NRC. • Review technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and drawings for WASH infrastructure projects. • Conduct regular supervision to project sites to monitor project implementation, quality checks and the effective WASH NFI distribution the most vulnerable.• Support proposal development, implementation plans, budgeting and project monitoring tools.• Coordinate with contractors on project schedules, prepare completion certificates, and work with administrative units for contract management, close-out procedures, and final payments. • Ensure timely delivery of materials and items to project sites in collaboration with the procurement and logistics unit. • Coordinate with the WASH sector, implementing partners and other sectors for integrated programming.• Maintain effective and clear communication with team members, stakeholders, including beneficiaries, contractors, and local authorities. • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the WASH manager, detailing project progress, constraints, and requirements for completion. • Ensure all relevant permits and authorizations are obtained from local authorities to guarantee project stability and maintain good relations with local government. • Provide necessary information and documentation for preparing project proposals to potential donors. • Contribute to contingency planning for potential WASH fundraising ideas for emergency responses.

• Develop comprehensive implementation plans for WASH activities in health facilities and schools in alignment with the INTERSOS project scope and objectives. • Manage budgets for WASH projects, in health facilities, schools and host community ensuring compliance with grant agreements and organizational financial policies. • Identify and address capacity-building needs for team members for effective WASH delivery at the LGA level. • Conduct WASH assessments to inform the planning and implementation of WASH in health and school’s strategies and also proposal development.• Collaborate with CFM to incorporate stakeholder feedback into project planning and implementation. • Establish and maintain effective networks with WASH sector, government and other partners to allow for integrated programming. • Conduct in-person outreach with parents of pupils, patients or caregivers at PHCs, WASH sector, stakeholders, community leaders to foster effective collaboration. • Provide technical progress reports on activities, budget utilization and work plans.• Facilitate the strengthening of the WASH team through effective training and support.

• Ensure detailed and well-coordinated activity plans at the LGA level. • Provide effective implementation of WASH in health, schools and host community ensuring partners integration and coordinated project execution. • Support WASH manager in budget alignments allocation ensuring budget lines are well managed. • Support the development of training modules and capacity-building plans for WASH staff, CHEWs, community members, stakeholders and partners. • Coordinate with the HR for recruitments of WASH staff and capacity building recommendation.• Ensure support to the procurement for timely procurement requests and delivery of quality items for project implementation.• Support in the review of project designs, budgeting and sectorial assessments.• Work closely with the Monitoring and evaluation unit to ensure project indicators are achieved timely.• Contribute to the development of Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) materials. • Manage knowledge by documenting project achievements, results, and learnings.
