The Global Action Towards Epidemic control in Sub-national units in Nigeria (4GATES) is a comprehensive HIV prevention, care, and treatment project providing community and facility based HIV/AIDS services including prevention, care and support, and treatment in Faith Based Health Facilities in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. ECEWS is providing technical assistance on the 4GATES Project to scale up HIV and TB services efficiently and sustainably to members of the key population in Delta State, South-South Nigeria, leveraging on her experience in KP programming and core competencies.

Developes and maintained adequate resource files for all program areas. Periodically reviews and reports on the overall effectiveness of each program area. Conducts site visits to grantee CBOs, potential grantees, community stakeholders and project implementation committees for supervision, mentoring and capacity building. Develops proposals and formulates recommendations for funding. Initially screens proposals (first readings), applying a breadth of knowledge on a wide range of subjects and a clear understanding of the organizational interests. Establishes and meets specific work-related goals as outlined in the organization’s work plan and gauged in quarterly and annual statistics. Represents the organization professionally by responding to inquiries and attending meetings and conferences. Develops position papers as assigned on new subject areas for creative and active organization’s involvement. Performed other duties as assigned by the Director of Programs and the Executive Director.
