In this role,* Schedule customer meetings for feedbacks to share with Line manager/ management for revision to suit client needs as per SLA.* Preparing Installation/ Maintenance tasks for Team with set KPI and evaluate completion in relation to cost implication.* Develop weekly/ monthly deliverable maintenance schedules as a road map for operation Team.* Conduct Installation projects progress follow ups and supervision of some crucial tasks in unforeseen uncertainties.* In depth Installation projects review in comparison to laid plan.* Technical support to Team in service callout handling and share completion with client.* Weekly scheduling of Safety awareness meetings and achieved scope in connection to set targets.* Identifying technical areas of improvement for Team to Schedule refresher trainings.* Daily Installation/ Maintenance reporting updates from Team to my Line Manager.* Preparation of new Installation & service projects through site visits to mitigate contractual site requirements before Team deployment.* Conduct actual final site surveys and shaft measurements in comparison with contractor structural Shopped drawing for new lift order placement from factory.* Review new projects completion certificates in line with audited quality documents submitted by Team.* Prepare projects completion report and Handover certificates to clients during before commissioning * AOB assigned by Line manager.
