I observed Arieanto effectively lead a team that out-ranked him, serving as an integral member of the Commanding General's Staff. He directed, solved operational issues normally done at higher levels, and maintained a duty schedule far beyond those of his peers. Arieanto distinguished himself as the top intercultural communicator I have worked with. He developed vigorous cooperation and relationship programs between the Jordan Armed Forces and the United States Army. He developed the Task Force Spartan Women, Peace and Security cooperation/Gender Integration activities with the Jordan Armed Forces and the Canadian Armed Forces in Jordan. He also strengthened military cooperation and interoperability through Law of Armed Conflict, humanitarian support and military bands.
