Responsible for the Piping Inspection at various stages like Fit up, Dimensional check,Weld Visual during final Inspection with Clients according to Codes & standard Specification.Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality and safety.Ensure the heat treatment process in Piping Parts before(Preheating) and after (PWHT) welding process for required materials.Monitor all piping installation and modification activities.Coordinating NDT and its documentation.Assessing weld defects detected by NDT & VT. Make necessary piping execution documentsPrepare as built drawings in case of site modification.Carry out final inspection and punch listing. Handled materials – CARBONSTEEL(SA106GrA,B,C),STAINLESSSTEEL(SA312TP304L& SA312TP316L),LOW TEMPERATURE CARBON STEEL(LTCS).Assists with the hand-over of completed works.Responsible for Erection & Alignment of piping.Ensure that the safety, Quality and Environment requirements of the site are strictly followed. WPS, PQR, WQT, NDT, selection of electrodes with respect to materials, familiar with standards likeASME SECTION II , V,VIII, IX, AWSD1.1,ASMEB31.1,B31.3and so on.
