As the leader for ID-CMT team, it was my responsibility to kick start the briefing to more than15 ID contractors, checking and commented all the shop drawings, material submissions, MOS, QA/QC, managing site progress with multiple timelines and evaluation of construction progress for monthly payment certificates issuance.
