I report directly to the chairman and board of directors of MAQ COMMUNICATIONS. I direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the board of directors. I am responsible for every aspect of the company and all of its various departments (Client Service, Creative Department, Art Department, Planning & Strategy, Finance, Media, Production, Audio Visual, Digital, HR & Administrative). I oversee quality control throughout the company by establishing goals for each department in partnership with the heads of departments. I have the ultimate responsibility for the future of MAQ and I have set short & long-term goals along with objectives for the company. I am responsible for contacting potential clients for new business & ensuring MAQ maintains a lasting professional relationship with it's current clients. I am responsible for creating an excellent work environment so we are able to produce work that exceeds our clients expectations. I have to ensure tasks and jobs for every client are on or ahead of schedule and on budget. I am responsible to negotiate all client contracts, non-disclosure agreements, retainers, employee contracts, on behalf of MAQ COMMUNICATIONS.
