I only discovered the extent of my creativity (that right brain bias) in my mid-thirties. But being a mechanical/aeronautical engineer with a strong academic background shows a left brain bias too. That makes me well balanced, I suppose!I left the corporate world because my blood started stirring to improve things. First, I invented the next generation wiper blade (called Beam Blade or Flat Blade or Single Piece Blade). Those inventions transformed the wiper blade industry globally. In between I consulted for several major companies (including one Fortune 500 and one Fortune 100).Next I founded two startups. Well, theory and consulting is one thing, but execution is quite another. Every serious founder learns that.
