I am currently pursuing an MBA at IIT ISM Dhanbad, building on my background as a Software Engineer with 2.8 years of experience at Quest Global. During my time there, I worked as a full-stack developer, which gave me hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. This role helped me sharpen my problem-solving skills, improve my communication, and adapt quickly to new challenges.In addition to my technical skills, I’ve always been passionate about understanding how businesses operate. This led me to pursue an MBA, where I’m learning more about management, leadership, and business strategy. I believe my technical background combined with my new business knowledge gives me a unique perspective that can add value to any organization.I’m now looking for challenging opportunities where I can apply what I’ve learned, develop my managerial skills, and contribute to the growth of a company.
